A loan officer since 1993, Heather's knowledge runs deep. She is a land and new construction loan specialist who has also worked extensively with first-time homebuyers. She holds her Oregon State Notary Commission License, has assisted with appraiser education, and has experience utilizing down payment assistance programs to help low-to-moderate income families get into a home.
Heather's passion for helping others extends outside her professional life. She volunteers with Access Community Services in Medford, Ore. and is a blood drive volunteer with American Red Cross.
