Since starting his banking career in 2005, Fernando Espina has made it his mission to help clients build wealth through homeownership. He works extensively with first-time homebuyers, helping them select a mortgage that fits their comfort level—not just their loan qualifications. With experience spanning downpayment assistance programs and VA, FHA, and Washington State Housing Commission loans, he brings his clients a broad understanding of the mortgage landscape. Fernando earned his degree in Finance from Washington State University and is involved in Habitat for Humanity projects in the greater Seattle area.
