About

Residential Loan Officer Mark Meath has been helping people achieve their dream of homeownership since 1993. He specializes in construction and land loans as well as financing for real estate investors. Having bought, built and remodeled many properties himself, he enjoys helping clients navigate the complex process of purchasing land as well as building or remodeling a home. His experience allows him to serve as a trusted, confident guide for his clients and builders.

Mark is a member of the Pierce County Master Builders Association and serves on the Government Affairs Committee for the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors (TPCAR). He is a two-time past president of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association and a three-time TPCAR Affiliate of the Year.

Mark graduated from Western Washington University and is an avid Seattle Seahawks fan. A Pierce County native, he lives in Tacoma with his wife, four daughters and grandsons.
